1. Coverage

We offer a 3-month warranty on all keycaps purchased from keycaps.com. This warranty covers:

  • Defects in materials or workmanship
  • Cracking, fading, or peeling of the keycap surface
  • Manufacturer’s defects that affect the functionality or aesthetics of the keycap

2. Exclusions

The following are not covered under the warranty:

  • Damage caused by improper installation or use
  • Wear and tear due to regular use
  • Damage caused by accidents, spills, or exposure to harsh chemicals
  • Damage from modification or alteration of the keycaps
  • Any products not purchased directly from xkeycaps.com or authorized resellers

3. How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you believe your keycaps are defective and are within the warranty period, please contact our customer support team at info@xkeycaps.com. To process your claim, please provide:

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
  • A description of the defect
  • Photographs of the defective keycaps (if applicable)

4. Resolution

If your warranty claim is approved, we will provide one of the following:

  • A replacement of the defective keycap(s)
  • A full or partial refund based on the condition of the product

5. Return Shipping

In the event of a warranty claim, we will cover the cost of return shipping for defective products. If the issue is not covered under warranty, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

6. Limitations

The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. It is valid for keycaps purchased directly from keycaps.com or an authorized retailer.
