Return and Refund Policy
Cancellations
You may cancel your order for any reason and receive a refund, provided that the order has not yet been shipped. Typically, most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us promptly, and we will inform you of the current status. If your order has already been shipped, the terms of our Returns and Refunds Policy will apply. We reserve the right to charge a 5% cancellation fee on any canceled orders.
Returns (if applicable)
Returns are subject to the warranty terms of the product. We do not accept returns for products unless there is a quality issue that cannot be resolved. If you attempt to return an item without a valid reason, we will not be able to issue a refund.
Our return policy lasts for 7 days from the delivery date of your order. If 7 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot process your return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable).
The following items are non-returnable:
- (1) Custom products
- (2) Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
- (3) Any item returned more than 7 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your order has been successfully canceled or your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email. After confirmation, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
If you have not received your item(s) within 40 days of placing your order, please contact us in writing. We will either resend the item(s) at no additional charge or provide a full refund upon request.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received your refund, please follow these steps:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank, as there is often processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect according to our warranty policy. If you need to exchange your item for the same one, please email us at info@xkeycaps.com.
